1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.
2. Service
Tessera, a product of EEI Management (“we”), provides company-intelligence documents generated on demand. We don't guarantee any specific outcome or decision based on a profile's contents.
3. Use of generated content
You may use generated profiles internally within your organization. Redistribution to external third parties without attribution is not permitted.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failed profile generations do not consume your allowance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
